All products sold through our store are digital information products. Our astrology football predictions are delivered electronically by email after purchase.

Because our products contain time-sensitive digital information that is made available immediately after purchase, all sales are final once the prediction has been delivered or access to the digital content has been provided.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for delivered digital predictions, including where a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the prediction, disagrees with the prediction, or where the outcome of a football match does not match the prediction.

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your prediction email after purchase, please contact us at info@evolveonc.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, resend the purchased prediction.

A refund may only be considered if we are unable to deliver the purchased digital product due to a technical error on our side, or if required by applicable consumer law.

Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally purchase the same prediction more than once, please contact us at info@evolveonc.com as soon as possible. Duplicate-order refund requests may be reviewed at our discretion, provided the duplicate purchase can be verified.

European Union / United Kingdom Digital Content Notice

For customers in jurisdictions that provide a cooling-off or cancellation period for online purchases, you agree that the digital content will be supplied immediately after purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that once the prediction has been delivered or made available to you, you lose any right to cancel the order or request a refund, except where required by applicable law.
